Complete steel dash

Anyone have any experience with the "full steel dash" offered at D&R?

Is the hole for the vin plate still the wrong shape as on the repro upper dash?

Are the holes for the vin plate rivets still misaligned as on the repro upper dash?

Does everything else fit as it should?
