The chances of finding one is pretty slim, but, having said that, I just aquired some circus signs from the 40's! They've been stored since 1970.

The signs are simply beautiful and both just unbelievable snapshots of pure Americana.

I saw some of those in the DUKE University Advertisement collection as well... there are some really cool ones in there.
Thanks to my family... I've got tons of Duke photos from the 40's... check this one out...
UNC's mascot staked in front of Duke Campus with a Blue D on it... you'd get thrown out of school and arrested now days.
