Strange Color Combo 69 Z-28

I've seen some odd color combos on cars but never this one.

Normally I'm a huge fan of strange &amp; oddball color combinations but this is even too much for me. Maybe there was some kind of sports team that had orange &amp; green jerseys or uniforms?

I heard the gold RS Z28 had been restored to its original colors. I don't know where the car is currently. I talked to the owner years ago when it was painted Fathom Green with deluxe green interior and no vinyl top.

The difference is that the gold car likely was a recommended color combo, while the HO is a factory freak, either ordered by a masochist or a factory goof. :twocents:

Mark was it an RS? I specifically remember seeing this color combo at a show.. Was it perhaps at Super Chevy? Had to be about 8 years ago?
