I have a pair of NOS side pipe baffles that are missing the GM boxes. That said, does anyone know where to look for a GM part number on these and the exact years they fit? Thanks in advance.

----Jay,,,Those appear to be OK Custom Headers sidepipe mufflers. Long out of business, OK was located here in Michigan and they made these under contract to GM and merchandised them as well thru speed shops. I bought many sets back in the day. Similar to Hookers but different, if you know what I mean. The stuff sold to and then by GM had part numbers on the main pieces (headers and pipes). I have actually seen those #s stamped in. I have no idea, however, if the mufflers had any part number on them.
----These mufflers as well as the headers they went into were never installed by the factory on any new Corvette. They were sold over-the-counter. I know they were available in 1969 and probably earlier from GM as my 69 L88 had the factory pieces installed by the original owner in 1969 shortly after the car was delivered.
----Hope this helps.........Bill S

Thanks Bill I really appreciate the info. That said, I plan on selling these do you have any idea what a fair price would be for the pair?

So Bill, you must have known Bob Ogorek and Dean Anderson from Kustom?

----Tony,,,I didnt live in Michigan back in the day and dont know them. I did buy a lot of their product though. Those pipes were really popular in south Florida in 69-72 and I bought and installed loads of them. Seems I remember Cranes as the seller back then......Bill S

----Tony,,,Forgot to address the value part,,,LOL. There are so few sets of OK Custom sidepipes left on cars its sort of hard to put a value on these. But, they do deteriorate as we can see from looking at yours which have never even been used. I dont know if they could be retro fitted to Hooker sidepipes or not. I also dont know if the Hooker mufflers would work in the OKs. Since you dont see them it doesnt make much difference as all the sidepipe muffs I have ever heard are loud. I guess I might ask $150 to 200 apiece for them and see what happens.......Bill S
