I owned a 1968 Butternut Yellow 427 Biscayne back in early '70's. Anyone see it or yet own it? Family wants to clean out storage and I got the rear window regulators, heater core, hood hinges, etc.
I drove it as a sleeper with dog dish hubcaps in the day and the raced at Epping in stock then put a tunnel ram and ran C/MP at 3800 lbs. Best 11.12 et but that was just motor, all we had back then. Heck, Grumpy Jenkins was just cracking the 10's with his Pro Stock cars at the time.
I got some crude (camera tech lacking back then too) pics of car if your out there. Had lots of fun but broke many parts. Sheared ring gear bolts, broke weld of axle where pressed into center section of 12 bolt, tore welds from upper rear crossmember from frame, and best of all, twisted splines on input shaft of Muncie.
If you got it, love to hear from you. Hope it did not got to crusher. It was not a BM car, even though they sold them. I think it came from Scott-Ahearn in Milford Ma.
