Need pic of 67 Z firewall

Hopefully I will be painting my 67 Z shortly. I realized that I have a few ´non-original´ holes in the firewall that id like to repair before paint. There is about a 3/4" extra? hole above where the column comes thru that I cannot find anywhere in the assembly manual. Also seems to be a few extra small drilled holes over near the wire loom and heater box area.

Does anyone have a pic of a correct original bare firewall they can post or email me?? My car is a basically no-option very late 67 Z. probably made the last day of production. 07C car

Thanks guys!! Ive been in Brazil for a while so have not been online much. This is what I love about this site. Car guys that actually enjoy helping other car guys. I lost track of this thread back soon after Cherley purchased his car. I will look at the thread in detail when I have more time.

But next time I will just contact Charley first...is there a muscle/super car you have not owned at one time or another?? ....and I am bummed you did not decide to donate your experimental aluminum engine to my project....haha.....Ill have to stick with the NOS Smokey 302 I guess!!

Hopefully Ill be able to paint the car soon after I arrived in the states. Ill be sure to post some pics !!

On a side note....when I sold my ZL-1, I also sold 2 67 Z's in the package. One was a red/black vinyl deluxe interior RS ...anyone know what happened to that car?? Someone here own it now?? Really wanted to keep that one too... <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/frown.gif

Back to the firewall. I think the 1968 Camaro AIM has a good diagram of all the firewall holes and dimples.
