To look the same and work's good. Good luck.

Not really.
Just switching a cover won't satisfy most.
Many of the new ones today have an incorrect gold cad colored base,as well as the 40+ year old originals have their date codes & part #s stamped into that base.
Both 40 + year old cover & bases are unique, compared to todays model.

Plowman-Paul,

Not sure why you're suggesting that enio45 buy a regulator other than what is listed in this thread. The member is listing his parts for sale so please refrain from interfering. If you have a regulator recommendation please post in the technical forum.

Thanks,

"get in line I was first on the 9A".....Even if I didnt call the buyer 3 times before you posted, simply asking for pictures doesnt get you a place in the buyers line .

I said I was interested! the pics will make up my mind.

I would assume he'll send pics to the email address I posted. I'll also assume the pics wont be deceiving pics like some people send.

I sent you a pm 30 min after you listed these saying I was interested in the 9A & 9B restored regulators, wanted pics. The next morning I said I would take both if they were Pirkle restored. Yesterday am you said only one 9B left, I said I'd take it. So, do you still have at least one 9B Pirkle restored 515 regulator? If so I still want it. Send me a pm if you would.
