The Nicest Nova Dash Package You’ll Ever Find! RELISTED with a SLASHED RESERVE of $1999!!!
I think I have the nicest dash package you’ll ever find for sale for a ’69 and up Nova. Most of the parts I’ve been selling came from a 9,319 original mile Nova coupe – the quintessential Grandma car. Perhaps the nicest parts in the entire car came from the interior. Obviously, this package is part of that interior. The car was garaged most of it’s life, and these pieces are evidence of that.
Beginning at the top: The OEM Chevy dash pad is absolutely perfect. No wobbles. No waves. No tears. No gouges. No scratches. No damage of any sort. The grain structure is flawless and the molded edges are crisp. It’s as close to NOS as you’ll come. The underside still bears the original “Made In Canada” stencil and as you can see, the clips are all intact. And I’m positive most know that unlike reproductions, the original dash pads actually fit! Included in the package is a remarkable dash cluster. Take a close look at it. The car was a honest-to-goodness radio delete example. I’ve added the aftermarket heater delete plate (easily removed). The plated plastic is perfect. The switchgear is perfect. The lens is perfect. There aren’t even any fingernail scratches anywhere on the face! Check out the odometer! On the backside, you can see that the complete cluster is off-the-chain in terms of quality with zero hidden damage and it’s never seen any repairs. Even the lower steering column cover is beautiful and crack free. Included are a fabulous ashtray assembly and lighter. Yes, the old girl who owned the car smoked, and both were lightly used. But I really believe it adds character to the package! I’ve only cleaned the pieces. Nothing more. The glove box door matches the rest of the parts. There are a couple of very minor (hardly visible) fingernail scratches on the glove box door finish (near the latch), but otherwise it is flawless. The same applies to the glove box liner. It’s factory fresh. In case you’re wondering, the Nova had a build date of 3rd week July 1969 – one of the last cars built. Finally, included in the package is a reproduction firewall pad, complete with fasteners.
I think it is likely impossible to find a better dash and cluster package available today, at any price. If you have a pad and a cluster restored, you know the costs skyrocket. I’m offering this complete assembly on auction, for a reserve price of $1999.00. The EBay listing is live right now and ends Sunday evening. Bid away folks. You’ll never find a nicer setup! Meanwhile, check out the accompanying photos:
