"That sold for $35,000 on show....guess they left a lot on the table?"...... that is if you believe reality tv shows are based on fact. The owner that sold the car to Gas Monkey for "25K" said they pushed the car out of his garage on the show even though it ran to create the illusion they had to get it running,thus the burnout at the end of the show.
