The '69 Motion Phase III Corvette, powered by a 482-inch stroker BB, that Joel Rosen built for returning Vietnam vet, David McCaughey, Southampton, PA, will be going to auction this month at Auctions America in Ft. Lauderdale. It's the most powerful Phase III street Corvette that Motion built, is fully documented and has a paper trail dating back to 1969 purchase. It is a Motion Phase III Corvette, not Baldwin-Motion as car was purchased at Reedman Chevrolet and brought to Motion with delivery miles.
It was auctioned for $198,000 by RM in 2005 to late high-profile Texas lawyer, John O'Quinn. Check it out at http://www.carguychronicles.com/2013/03/motion-phase-iii-corvette-stingray-that.html
