That is worth celebrating. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/Can-I-Have-It.gif

Nice color 59 frost green? Black top, black interior?

Is it restored, or 44 years young?

Ryan

I know lots of questions, but one more...are you going to NOCC Aug 2nd and 3rd in Strongsville Ohio?

Chuck,

I'll let you answer Ryan's question, not to steal you thunder.

Chuck you're the envy of most of us..... You are among a small group of great original owners (Mr. Cumby)

I'm hoping you make my all '69 Chevelle Party <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/biggthumpup.gif

Hi Chuck, <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/beers.gif

I just noticed you are member # 69, fitting.

Says you are a newbie, that must be based on the number of posts?

I love pictures of 1969 Chevelles, the snow is hanging around up here big time, a few pics from back in the day would be a nice pick me up for us maple syrup drinkers. (Took the Cub Scouts to a sugar bush last night and saw sap turn to syrup, fun stuff but slightly off topic)

Thank,s it was a good time in my life, got out of the service in Sept 68 went out to calif for a while and come back to Ohio. Most of my friends were buying muscle cars so first looked at new Z28 and then chevelle. My car was built the second week of March and I bought it the 27th,I think maybe a sales man ordered the as SS396 and manual steering. Did not take many pictures then I regret that but we a lot cruising then as gas was 36.9 cents a gallon. Chuck

We got a couple of the original owners of the 69 Chevelles together, we should have planned a picture with all of them, I think there was 5 original owners of 69 Chevelles in attendance.

Chuck, Jerry is doing good. He's still helping Rip at TLC Restorations.

I'm not sure if he's coming to the NOCC show again this year but I'll keep hounding him.

BTW.....great story and glad you AND Jerry held on to your original cars this long! <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/headbang.gif
