307 engine with a powerglide trans that shifts perfect. Cant even hear the thing run..No options really except pwr steering, tinted glass, door edge guards and those Mag caps. Under the hood is completely unfluffed with chalk marks on the firewall.

That's one sweet ride from stem to stern. Gotta love it when you look into the engine compartment and see the garage floor. Good luck with the sale!

I REALLY LIKE it with the Red Lines with the idea you do have the Original Caps in the garage.

Love the hubcaps much better than Chevy rallye wheels....
Wish I could afford to buy it I would...
My dad had a very similar car in 68 .....
I was a little kid I remember riding in it
And dad working on it...changing the oil..

I love N96 caps too and they're a nice touch to this already outstanding car.
Maybe Don will snap the mag caps on for a few shots w/ the redlines!

Great car Don, I would like to have a car like this instead of looking around for a newer used car with all that high tech crap!

great looking car, will sure to make someone happy ... they are only original once ... I like the 14" too, seems to be split on that front
interesting that it has the anti torque recall straps on it too ... all the other ones I've seen are attached to the driver's side ... as the engine torques from driver's side to passenger side ... not sure how efficient the strap / kit would be on the pass side ... someone "learn" me about the location of this one ...?

My 68 had them on both sides, and they were well needed!

MY 69 Impala survivors has them on both sides as well. You have to look close but the passenger one is there.

that is very interesting......was there a recall memo that indicated that these go on both sides or was this factory installed this way?
