My heart goes out to all those Moms whose boys did not make it home.
And to all those who have an empty heart because their loved ones made the ultimate sacrifice.
God Bless

May Jesus Bless the souls of those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom, and the freedom of the rest of the world, and comfort the loved ones left behind.

A family several roads down from me lost their son (and their only child) who was killed in Iraq and it has nearly destroyed her and her husband..she lost her job over it and has major depression issues. I can't even imagine the pain of loosing a son or daughter that way + their only child.
These wars have not affected most people and many forget what it is all about..

I think this Marine had a rough night, he was leaning on me the entire parade.

Hi Chris, it's unfortunate you could not attend our Wounded Warrior Project benefit car show due to it being rescheduled. This year we had a Wounded Warrior attend and speak at our event, Army Specialist Jason Braase . He provided all who attended a very moving story of his life before he was injured by an IED, and the months and years following, including his 14 operations.
Here is a link http://abraden007.blogspot.com/2013/01/wounded-warrior-project-with-jason.html#!/2013/01/wounded-warrior-project-with-jason.html
As you stated a huge debt of gratitude to those men and women who have served, and made the ultimate sacrifice for all of us.
God Bless.....
