How to Post 'Parts For Sale'?

I feel really dumb asking this question but here goes anyway.

I don't see how to post a new thread in 'Parts For Sale'.

All help is appreciated.

When you're logged in,you'll see "NEW TOPIC" in the top left corner of the overall forum page.
Press that & it'll take you to submitting one.
You have to be logged in to see it.

You also have to be a paying member to post for sale ads.

This explains it - so the ads really are not free to long time members.
