Where/when did it appear? I have a huge collection of mags from back in the day but have never come across this ad.

This was a dealer foldout type of media, not really a mag ad to my knowledge. I know that doc hoarder Mr70 has at least 100 of 'em <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/naughty.gif
