Look forward to seeing you, I won't be there until Friday. Going for Sr. GN with my '61 Impala SS 409, class 36B. If you go to the website for the club that is hosting the meet, they have the list of cars that will be in each class posted, you can see what you are going against.

I'm headed out there - late Wednesday. Taking the burnished brown RS COPO. Have you checked out the number of cars in 36B? Biggest class in the show! See you guys there - safe travels.

So.....all three of us are in the same class. Seems like 36b is always the largest class lately, last year there were 31 cars in the class. Well, after all it's Factory Hi Performance Chevrolet and Olds.

Have a good time guys and good luck. I wanted to go but unfortunately my job interferred.
Next year the Grand National will be a little closer to home. Drive safe too.

We got in Moline today about 11 AM, made the mistake of stopping last night in Champaign, Il !!! Got the only room in town and paid about twice what it should have cost. Kept thinking what the hell is going on, why are there no rooms.....then noticed there were Corvettes everywhere!!!Duh <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/haha.gif

Does anyone know Robert Mantz from VA. he attended the AACA Show with his 1969 Chevelle, I am trying to get in touch with him.

Robert`s Chevelle was in class 36B, Senior Grand National.

Thanks,
Dan

I don't know him but he was parked next to me at the show, we talked, he is from Reva, Va. I don't think Reva is a very large place so you should be able to track him down. I think Reva is in northern Va, I think he said somewhere around Culpepper.
