Documented First week of March built Van Nuys 1970 Camaro RS Z28 with a build sheet and Check out sheet with the POP carbon copied on the right hand corner of the Check out Sheet. This z28 has the floor mounted pedal, aluminum bump stops on the front lower a-arms, larger fuel line, 8k tach, 12 bolt 3.73 rear end ect ect. This car has all of it's original parts under the hood and drive train. Starting with the motor: it is a solid lifter motor that is bored 30 over. It has been completely rebuilt, less than a 1000 miles on it since rebuild. The only draw back is the block was decked....i know, i wanted to cry!!! Everything from the original starter to the Carb has been rebuilt and restored, i mean "EVERYTHING" even the CT/IA Radiator has been restored. All the wiring has been gone through and restored. Everything under the hood is numbers matching down to 019 distributor, 4555 Holley LT1 Carb, the CG and AP pulleys, balancer, i repeat, everything under the hood and drive train is numbers matching and original to the car!!! There isn't on piece on the motor that isnt original except the plugs, wires and maybe a spring or two. Everything on the car is dated either late Jan to Feb of 1970. The M21 Trans has been rebuilt and completely gone through, car has it's born with COZ 3.73 posi rear end. The car was taken down to bear metal and repainted to it's original color paint code 53 Camaro Gold. There was absolutly "NO" rust in the car. I even left the original sound dampening under the carpet. No rust in the floors what so ever!!! The car spent most of it's life in Eastern Oregon's Desert Climate. When the car was rstored last fall i put all new interior in it except the head liner, it is original to the car. The only original piece missing on the car is the smog equipment that came standard on all 70 Z28. This car has the original wheels with brand new BGF T/A, i even have the original spare and jack!!! Car has the original exhaust tips with new exhauist. Nothing has been over looked on this car. i have the build sheet i found on top of the gas tank and dealer check out sheet from when the car sold new. I know the complete owner history, down to the guy that bought it new in 1970. I even have his name, number and address. The 2nd owner died in a log truck accident in 1982 and the car sat until i bought it, it hadnt been on the road since! The car is perfect, this is a tough one to part with. If you want more pics pleae email me at [email protected] and i can send you pics. Please dont ask me what the reserve is i wont tell you, but i promise it's set at a VERY far price, well under 40K. Give me a call if you are serious about the car feel free to give me a call.
I can email pics if you are interested in th car.
Thanks

Doug

Sorry guys I copied my eBay ad I had running, that's why it talks about a reserve. First time ever trying to sell a car on ebay, what a bad experience that was. I'm asking 33k for the car. And yes I am a new here to the site.....how do I go about placing my dads car in the for sale section? I'm not a dealer, scouts honor!!! This is my dads car.

Thanks
Doug

sorry guys i posted this in the wrong place. Sad news is dads car sold last week.....going to a good home. was hard to see it go. In a tough position with little kids and starting a family, otherwise that thing would have been in my garage instead. Thanks again guys for the help!
