Anyone use this (http://www.amazon.com/UltraTech-4001-Ultra-Ever-Quart-Translucent/dp/B00AWYBJJU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1373986512&sr=8-1&keywords=ultra+ever+dry)? Particularly interested in use on bare ferrous (i.e. rustable) metals in a car component restoration application.

YouTube Demo. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=IfUaKXasdD4)

Have you used this Charley? How does it affect the appearance of bare metal... "frosted haze"?

I bought it at Home Depot but haven't tried it yet.

Hmmm... I misread this. Thought it said "ultra every day"

Will let you guess what I thought the discussion was about.

Was especially interested in Charley's take, and wondering why he bought it at HD.

Video says: avoid the following on Never Wet treated surfaces: detergents, soaps, oils, solvents, high pressure water.

Some of the Amazon feedback concerns me too (see my link above). i.e. Recommend to only use the proprietary spray bottle ($35.00 a copy! <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/shocked.gif ) ... couldn't get the results seen in the video, etc. It looks to me that the Rustoleum and UltraEverDry are the same products essentially. If there are brave folks out there I am interested in appearance/durability on bare metal.

Thanks!
