I dunno, but a dealer advertising a true matching numbers LS6 Chevelle for $69K raises red flags to me.

Man those Radial T/A tires look pathetic on those stock 14" rims.
That car needs the Polyglas tires real badly to make it look right.
I like the color combination of the car.

x2

It would be a great color to own, however I would have a competent LS6 guy checking it out before I made a colossal mistake.

More than likely a restamp. Wouldn't be the first one sold from there.

Wasn't this car owned by Albert Galdi, a member here at one time? If this is his old car, maybe he can shed some light here.

No Randy, Albert owned and restored this Misty Turquoise LS5 and Sold it to Jacquie, She sold it at action. This LS5 was a much better car than this LS6.

Whit D,

Or to whoever is looking into this LS6.... this comes form a very good source.

I spent about two grand on a trip to be disappointed for the asking price. The car suffered from poor front panel fit, bubbles in the paint just below vinyl top trim on passenger side rear quarter, vinyl coming lose on vinyl top just below rear window on passenger side. Rectangle spotted in on paint on drivers side rear quarter behind wheel approximately 6 inches by 2 inches. Doors took some decent force to close. Inside rear trunk sprayed with thick oatmeal textured paint.

A build sheet was presented to me about the size of a fifty cent piece. The car had a CE block and was most definitely not numbers matching. Previous owner went through car extensively trying to find a build sheet. Seems the car must have grown one since then. Hope this helps those with questions.

Not the first horror story I've heard about this dealer. Been there a few times and have never seen a quality car there. Mostly older incorrect restorations cars and showing age.
