Speed Limiters??

My insurance agent offered me a discount on my policy If I would install black boxes that would monitor my driving in my newer cars... told em no...here is the news from the EU today:

I've received the same letters, no thanks. The day it is mandatory is the day our newest car will be made prior to 1980.
