See "show" and "go" below. Driver tires are 235/60/15.

As far as available RWL tires.. Cooper Cobra, BFG, and some others. I know guys have looked for Goodyears, but I believe they have ceased production of the Eagle GT II.

As far as I know both Goodyear and Firestone no longer make RWL tires for passenger cars. I think they both only make OWL tires for trucks or SUV's still. I asked both my local dealers in trying to find RWL modern radials for both my '69 and '78 Z28's. I sure wish somebody would make an E-70-15 Goodyear Wide Tread GT with the raised white letters but with modern radial construction. I've got reproduction bias plys on my '69 Z/28 now. I like the way they look but hate the way they ride and handle.

Kelsey now has some of the vintage design radials out. The Polysteel for the Late 70's Vette and Z28 and TA is available. Contact me if you have questions. My cell is 816-654-3400.

This is an age old argument, but I TOTALLY don't get the "bias ply tires are horrible" stance. I had a 70 Chevelle SS 454 that I drove 13,000 miles, a 70 Chevelle SS 396 I drove 3,000-5,000 miles, and a 70 Yenko Deuce that I drove 2,000 miles with bias ply and NEVER had any problems. NONE. The cars handled perfectly with those tires, after all they were designed and engineered with bias ply tires.

Oh and by the way, it seems that BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires are one of the few RWL radials available now if days for 60s-80s muscle cars but they have been on back order for months now. Pretty frustrating if you need tires like I do.

I was looking for 215 65/R15 for my Monte, but it's not a rush now because it's almost time to put the car away for the year.

You still have months of the best cruising weather the Midwest has to offer.

I'll check stock.

Come on Frank.... You know your car wants the Eagle GT's!

I know it does, they are just a lot of cake considering they are just 15's for an 80s car!
