No! The Tilt Wheel is just about pushing it on a Post Sedan, the less options the better <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/biggthumpup.gif

Disagree, mine will have a few special options. Maybe not right away, but bumperettes, and rosewood wheels are great stocking stuffers

Maybe we should tell your wife to check this website for Christmas shopping ideas????
Or you could just ask her <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/Can-I-Have-It.gif

You 300 guys might not like it but the 300 I'm restoring right now has a tilt, Rosewood, tach and gauges, under dash 8-track, light group, rear antenna, etc. so they weren't all stripped from the factory <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/wink.gif

I really LIKE the 300 Deluxe with the good options.

Is the one you are restoring a SS396?

Ryan, Don't want to hijack Albert's thread too much so I'll keep it brief. SS 396, 300 deluxe hardtop, L89, M22, 4.10 fully documented with all born with drivetrain.
Chris
See me @ MCACN in the Vintage Certification area if you want more info.

I presumptuously assume Albert would be fine if you shared the exterior, and interior colour. Also, when this bad girl will debut out in public.....NOCC?

Lemans blue, black interior and vinyl top. Planning on MCACN next year along with possibly 2 other cars.

That`s because it`s a coupe.....the coupe 300`s were much more optioned than the Post Sedan models....hence as Jason`s L89 is a fine example. I bet it`s one of the highest optioned 300 Coupe`s still alive. The Post Sedan was the bottom of the food chain.

Looking forward to seeing her in person. Still need a "Rubber Mat" I assume?

Albert,

I could not find a tilt lever. You might have to buy one and dye the end.

Trim parts sells a beautiful part: http://www.trimparts.com/part_details/index/aWQ9MTkwNTk%3D/

Albert. That part is hard because the lever is chevy only. It matches the turn signal lever. Pontiac, buick, olds have a different stalk. And the lever is plastic in 69-70 then they went to a rubber tip in 71-up. Can't dye it either. It molded in color
