Put it on a pump and check the run out. The repro one I had was not close to true. My GM one is true.

My vote is repro. Missing the raised pressed into the pulley detail that's on the face of every original I've ever seen or had.

Chuck,
I saw that one as well. In my opinion, (for whatever that's worth) it's a repro as well and from the same supplier as your pulley came from. These have been around for a long time. Besides the raised line that should be there, if you look at yours and the one on eBay there are characteristics in the font that differ from every original I've ever seen. The first thing has to do with the spacing of the two 1's in the part #. On your pulley and the one on eBay they appear evenly spaced from each other while the originals spread out towards the bottom of the characters. Next is your number 5 in the part # as I've never seen an original where the top of the character is completely stamped into the pulley. Lastly the first letter D in the part # should have an opening at the top where it is not completely struck into the pulley either whereas these appear to have the complete character stamped, and the shape of the D should be almost flat across the front of the character and slightly higher than the second letter D. I'm enclosing a picture for reference. Again only my opinion.

I honestly think its a later service replacement. Try weighing it against your NOS one.

Matt,
I doubt it but anythings possible. I still have some of these in GM boxes that were bought in the 80's and they are exactly like assembly line parts I have here. I can't say I've ever seen an NOS one of these that differed much from assembly line ones.

I guess it really doesn't matter if the Powers to be can't officially tell either.
