an original GM 824 DV pulley for 69 copo L78 L89 cars. this one is not reproed,and impossible to find. 450.00

Pardon my ignorance, but is the "DV" the date code on this? I saw another one recently that was 3947824BV. Is there a difference in application between the "DV" and the "BV"?
