The Toronado, Hairy Olds,66 Pontiac and 66 442 support car. The Toronado had a tri-carb set up on it hole was cut in the hood.

I had this pic in a larger format and can see a few details. Here's my .02 cents:

1) 1967 Cadillac Eldorado
2) 1967 Pontiac Grand Prix (the shifter and platform for Linda in back)
3) 1966 Olds Toronado
4) Hurst Hot Rod
5) 1966 Corvette
6) 1967 Plymouth Fury Wagon
7) Hurst Army Forces Club Jeep - There is an optical illusion here I believe. In the original photo showing the line of cars, it appears there's a full front fender, but I believe that's the section of the guardrail in the background. Look closely, and you can see the trademark Jeep wheel arch, no side doors, straight dashboard. The black windscreen is folded down.
8) Can't see enough of the last car to guess what it is.

The Hurst golf cart is under the tarp in back. Not sure what's under the tarp of the big truck. Could be the Hurst Hairy Olds, or spare parts for the racers.

Mike, I haven't seen the better photo you have, but wouldn't the Toro and Vette be a '67?

If the second photo posted by 67 442 (showing the Toronado from the front) is the same as in the first photo (and it appears it is, it has the same tri-carb cutout on the hood), it's a 66 Toronado with cornering lights. The 66 Toro had horizontal bars in the grille, the 67 toro had an eggcrate type grille. The 66 used headlight doors that were abbreviated, with 'eyebrows' over the headlight doors, whereas the 67 had full headlight doors and no eyebrows.

The Corvette appears to have 3 fender extractors on the side, which would make it a 1966 model. The 1967 Corvette had 5 extractors.

And yes, that Hurst Armed Forces Jeep is not a pretty sight, but with Linda Vaughn and the Hurstettes riding it, I'm sure it did its job for recruitment. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/naughty.gif

I don't think it's the same photo considering in the original pic there's a '67 Grand Prix and '67 Eldorado (and, presumably, a '67 Plymouth Fury wagon, which was much crisper in style to the '66). Notice also that the OP's pic has a HURST logo on the Toronado, but the second pic doesn't have it.

Hurst corp keep these promotional tools in the fleet for a few years. So the line up pic may have been taken in 67. Yes the toro is a 66 one of George's favorite cars so I'm told.
This is what hauled the Hairy and hemi under glass at times.

I thought that Hairy was the only one to ride the Hairy Hauler?

Only one Hairy was put together. They remodeled from 66 to 67. Many 425 Olds blocks met their demise on the dyno. Bottom ends had to be drilled, studded, and cross bolted to try to keep them together. The roll cage for the car was used to hold water for both engines. After a run, you did not want grab hold of the cage!

Rusty this must be late 67 or 68. After the change to 67 trim the cooling water was not pumped thru the frame.

I've always wanted to know more about the Hurst Nova. I've only seen one or two photos of it and can't really find any information regarding the car.

It really is a ghost of a car. Only a couple pictures of it exist that I've found.

There really isnt too much known about that Nova. I have found a few pictures myself, but nothing of major detail. I have to dig through my pictures when I get home. I'm not sure, but it may have been the Giveaway Nova?
