Wood grained steering wheel restoration

I am looking to have my GTO's wood wheel restored/ refinished. The wheel has some wear and fading in the 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock area which will need the wood grain restored .

I know it's not a Chevy , but I am looking someone that can do a concourse quality job and I want to keep the original wheel with the car.
