Breaking News Report from CNBC...April 1, 2014
Our newsroom learned this morning that a Wisconsin area businessman, Ken Tibor [know locally as kwhizz] was arrested this morning by Federal authorities for failure to comply with mandatory provisions of The Affordable Care Act. Yesterday, March 31, 2014 was last day to register for the new government prescribed health care plan.
As Tibor was being taken away in cuffs he offered some comments to our onsite news reporter, Kim Howie..."I won't sign up..they can't make me do it...it's not fair"...Tibor furthered commented that he was advised not to comply with the new healthcare law by his attorney Dennis Cumby. Cumby's office has so far failed to return our calls or offer any response. Mr. Tibor will be arraigned this afternoon in front of Judge Sam Scardino of the 5th Federal District of Wisconsin.. Judge Scardino is well known for his strict interpretation of the law [and his ever present pet dog]...it is expected that Mr. Tibor will not have any easy go of it in front of Judge Scardino.
Please stay posted for further updates as this story unfolds...we expect to have video of the court proceeding this afternoon.

Mr. Tibor does not believe in anyone getting an undue break or any type of schmoozing from the Community Organizers so he will be prosecuted by a group of Democratic Union activists and a Republican judge will sit in to help balance the outcome for him and his Tea Party lawyer. Mr. Tibor also insisits he does not accept any support from Fox News or its affiliates. I believe the Wisconsin man feels that we should get America back for the "real" Americans which is a good thing. God bless our senior citizens.

Update...Ken Tibor escaped Police custody this morning and was last seen heading North at a high rate of speed on his experimental cooling system LT1 transplant Whizzer motorbike.
Authorities quickly called off pursuit of the fugitive knowing it would no doubt prove futile as Ken and his modified Whizzer are well known to local and State Police (both pictured below in happier times).
Ken's legal team also family and friends remain baffled as unconfirmed reports indicate his trusty dog somehow assisted in the escape who if apprehended could be facing a minimum 25 years in the kennel.

Word had it that Kwizz was headed for Ohio, but not wanting to harbor a fugitive, the Dachshunds are keeping a "low" or low to the ground profile.

Those two must be rubbing paws with our Bella! Mr. Tibor's defense team. They see no need to worry about the outcome. HA!

You are all wrong. Last I heard he was headed to the Beachcomber Club to speak with their management. Guess he wanted to teach them a thing or two about how our health care system does not work (for them) especially when out of the country.
