Anybody getting this magazine? Any thoughts? just wondering if it's worth a look. Just got a $12.00 a year subscription promo in the mail today.

Buy it.

You will love it.

HMM (Hemmings Muscle Machines) is as good as MCR (Muscle Car Review).

Agree with Ryan. I've been getting HMM for years and I've let my other subscriptions go, but not HMM. My favorite mag by far, and I read it cover to cover within the first few days I have it.

Both are great and I get the mail everyday hoping hoping the next new edition is in, however muscle car review is the best out there.

I have subscribed to HMM for years and prefer it over other muscle car magazines.

Thanks guys. It's been quite a few years since I had/read any muscle car magazines. Occasionally I'll pick something up grocery shopping with the wife but they all seem to be the same anymore. MCR was my favorite for a lot of years prior to this but I was getting bored with them so I let my subscription laps a decade or so ago.

Top notch photography and writing as well. All of the other ones use crappy paper as well. You'll love it.

I used to carry 7 or 8 magazine subs, but anymore I only get Fox Mustang Magazine and HMM for my 60's fix. I'm never disappointed with Muscle Machines.

One of the best car mags out there. Had it since inception, never missed an issue.

How about MCR? I still have a ton of them since before they were MCR, are they better from a few decades ago or about the same? I never see any in the local stores.

An excellent magazine and the special $12 offer is a true bargain.

Not to mention they have been very kind to the MCACN show. Check this out from the March 2014 issue. Note that you will find quite a few Yenko.net members in this feature, and also right on the cover!

Muscle Car Review also gets the big thumbs up from me.

Of course, calling MCACN "The Pebble Beach of Muscle Cars" doesn't hurt! <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/youguysrock.gif

You won't be disappointed, Gary. I've had both HMM and MCR since inception.

I stopped subscribing because my postman wads it up and crams it in my mailbox. I've gotten 6 " last chance " renewal letters now. Price keeps going down. I might bite when it get to $8. Makes you wonder how much longer print magazines will be in circulation ?

Thanks guys. I'm gonna go for the MCR mag too. Tired of having nothing decent to read around the house. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/scholar.gif

I have every issue from day 1. I really like that they tend to have at least one "unusual" muscle car featured in each issue. I subscribe, seems like its always $12.

MCR features more odd ball cars than Hemmings does. Hemmings writes better stories and is a bigger magazine, but their feature cars are getting really tired. Same cars over and over. They write about the big dollar, rare collection cars.
