Here is whats on mine and it looks right. Uses a 3/8 wrench with an L inside a G for a marking. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics/usergals/2014/05/full-4483-11655-p1090163.jpg

I have a bunch of these with GL, SEMS, Anchor, NL. I also have the 2 bolts that attach the bracket to the support.I'll post them in the for sale section if interested,

12C X66 L35 conv
There is a change in the assembly manual on this fastener, the one on this 12C car looks to be different than the one above. I will take measurements on this one.
There is a 12C cortez L78 with low miles, and built near the same time as the X66 conv I am working on, and a january low mile coretz L78 I think both are unrestored and legend certified I have pics of their engine compartments somewhere.

The bolt you show looks to be the large washer style.

That head marking is period correct for 69.

Yes it is the large captured washer type
Here are the measured specs.

3/8" indented hex head sheetmetal screw,
captured 1" dia 1/16" thick washer,
length from bottom of washer to point is 15/16" (screw length from seat is 1").

Here are a few pictures of period correct headmarkings for the large washer. All from 69's
