Good looking. RecommenD showing engine, trunk, and under carriage details.

Zero interest usually indicates a price too high.

I agree with Sam. I actually saw that ad on the weekend when I was looking to see if anything nice was for sale. I thought that it looked like a nice car, but the lack of detail in the ad made me think it was probably a 3 dressed up as a 9. If it was truly clean, I would expect the owner to brag on that in the ad - especially when it comes to rust issues on our Canadian cars <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif

Ziggy, PRICED TOO HIGH. I have a friend who just bought a '69 Rs/SS 396/350 4 speed CONVERT for $45,000.00. Its a southern car with full resto done. I think the 350Hp hurts it a bit to not being a L78. Another guy in town also just sold a gorgeous '69 Rs/SS 350 4 speed for $40,000.00. I think his being Hugger Orange w/white helped it being high impact.
Both these are in southern Ontario area too. No problem selling the 350 car either!!!!!

<span style="font-style: italic">"I think the 350Hp hurts it a bit to not being a L78"
</span>
At that price...if the car was a real L78 with original driveline and paperwork it would be gone.
**Didn't they build fewer 350hp cars than the 325hp versions??
I would agree that a better and more detailed photo library would help...maybe a more comprehensive outline of dated components, NOS parts, resto work performed, etc. If it needs some detailing or "massaging"...do that prior to the new photos.
69 Camaros are still in demand...maybe this one just needs a better presentation.

Location could be a deal breaker for most in the states as we don't want to hassle with importing a car that we can actually find closer for the same money or even less. I just saw his ad on Ebay. Not to pick the mans car apart but looking at his pictures the car is at best a really nice driver. Lots of detailing issues underhood and the bottom of the car. The trunk floor center are has obviously been replaced as the hook for the spare tire hold down is missing and the seams where it is welded in on the top flat areas are easily seen. There are cars here in Atlanta that are equal to his for less money. If he was under the $40k mark he would probably sell it quicker. He will definitely get more traffic on Ebay than most other places and he will probably sell it.

The eyelet is in the top right corner.Is that the wrong spot?He swears all panels are original.When it got painted they passed a scope behind all panels and they look original.I think some pictures are deceiving.
I do appreciate you posting and thanks for the details.
