Sam, you forgot to mention Kevin <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/blush.gif...Kevin DeWitte (472425) has a incredible 70 Mach One survivor car and story on page 52, check it out, could be the best original car I have ever laid eyes on.
And a great time was had helping Eddie out the past two winters on what might be the best Z28 out there.
And I was glad to find out that Hemmings did not use the original caption Eddie gave them for my picture...."Help me I have fallen and can't get up".... <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif
Very nice job on both articals by Hemmings.

Thanks guys for all the good words...
It is an amazing car - possibly the lowest mileage 69Z in existence
Solid paperwork car, orig title, protecto plate, window sticker, dealer paperwork, loan papers etc.
Now that the car is done, I feel really good about the car, the looks and the originality that we tried to duplicate
with the lacquer paint.
I had great help putting it back together - mikeee as pictured (not sure if he was catching a few ZZZZ's, sam griff and I slipped the redone subframe under it one early morning, Shaun on the fantastic paint work and attention to detail.
Jeff Koch from Hemmings did a great photo session as we rushed to the favorite backdrop location, racing against the sunset. Also thanks to Mike McNessor from Hemmings for the written aspects.
The orig owner and I have been in touch a few more times as well.
One thing ill point out(before someone jumps in) - this was taken prior to the MCACN show this past yr, and at the show one
of our SYC members pointed out that the front grill Z/28 emblem was off slightly....(which it was) - of which, it is now fixed !! DUHHHH!!! Thanks Lloyd :-)
Time to MBTMF - right Dana???

Is the grill emblem correct in this pic Eddie? I like how the light brighten ups that green. Not a fan of green but it, the sun, does make that green show differnt. My dad bought a 69 Fathom Green Impala and it always looked dark to me.
