Thats a good one and in the right color with the right trans.
They bring about 100k perfect back the numbers out for the resto minus 10-15%.

I agree. I am going to look at it on Tuesday. My friend knows the owner and thinks I can purchase the car close to 25 k

At that number I think you could flip it for a 7-10k profit maybe more... orange 4 spd AAR gotta be more buyers than there are cars.
I know where an original owner bright green auto matching AAR is in a carport...they are gonna restore it someday... YEA right!

It's nice to see them go to someone who will appreciate and preserve them for the next generation. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/beers.gif

I do agree. Like we grew up. Father/Son project. I would like to see that. If bought ...I would be willing to help a family like that

You can get real nice numbers matching AARs for 60K .... at 25K, it depends on the condition of the body and drivetrain, of course. If it's a Fred Flintstone job, not so much of a deal.

Yes agreed. Also depends on the level of restoration ...trailer queen or driver

how did it go? I think at 25K its a great buy, if it has its original engine. Post some pictures if you can. I would speculate these will go up again and you are on the front end of the surge, especially original engine cars w/ 4spds.

I was able to buy the car . The drivetrain is original to the car. Also has paperwork from the original owner to the car. But no broadcast sheet thus far. I haven't looked everywhere. I will offer the car for sale soon. My price will be at 25k or just below. I will try to post pics

check the seat backs for buildsheets.
cool car!
looks like a project like the 70 cuda convert I bought last year.
There is a guy (barry Washington) that is out there that can help with maybe locating a buildsheet for it, if it was in another car. Just google him on the web. He runs an ebody registry, plus is focused on the T/As and AARs. Super nice helpful guy.
wish I had the spare cash, I would be all over this.
You may want to flip it, but the more you find out how rare it is, you may want to keep.

Sweet find! I just sent Barry an email link to this thread. I think he is still about 2 weeks out on getting internet & emails though.

Well, now, that paperwork can't be original. You need to send it to the infamous document forger in Fla. so it can be "aged to perfection" with some fake rust stains and a few tears.

Nice find. Will make someone a great project and a fun car. I did front end alignments at a general repair shop in the early 70's. I always liked aligning the Mopars, because I could set the ride height with the torsion bar adjustments.

The car will be a good project. I have enough projects. The car has a new home in Michigan. The new owner is excited.

I know the guys that have this car, if someone was seriously interested, it could be bought again I think. They plan to restore it. It runs great, the drivetrain rocks, its the body that needs work, and is not that bad (compared to how it looks). pm me if seriously interested.
