is anyone interested in a gathering of cars originally sold at Mander Chevrolet in N. Vancouver? this could be cool collection of rare muscle and copo cars.....

dick Irwin took over early in 1969 i believe, do you have a Mander/Irwin car?

That is a great idea, a dealership reunion.....what a cool event.

Hope you boys on the west coast fill a parking lot with some really cool cars.

I think it changed hands in 1970. I remember stopping in with my Dad and checking out the 70 cars. I ended up working at Dick Irwins from 77 to 80. When they were cleaning out a storage room, I scored a lot of literature and showroom posters from 1969.
Still have a few.

my good buddy bought a 69 chevelle ss396 l78 m22 form there and it had just changed to Irwins (not sure what month)

-do you have any 68 literature or posters? .....i also have an original low mile 68 427 caprice wagon( not from Manders)
-do you have any photos taken at the dealer?

427 / 385hp , th400, a/c , f41,p disc brakes, am/fm, tach and guages, wood sport wheel, 9 pass, p windows, full tint, bumper guards, etc etc
52,000 orig miles, ordered and bought new by Guaranty Chevrolet salesman in Huntington Beach Calif.
