Just pulled 11 cars out of a barn here in PA. Older gentleman purchased them when they were new or nearly new over the years and never sold anything! He kept them dry & engines free. Neat cars, but I'd hate to pay the re-chroming bills! Here are a few that started right up & drove outside.

My dad had a Cadillac like your last pic with the same color. Pretty sure his was a `53.

More pics of the cars before moving them out - not barn finds in the classic sense of being filthy cars. They were well cared for & tucked away for many years.

I always think of these as "new cars", but they are 30 years old!

I really like those two Eldos in yellow and burgundy. They were very desirable cars in the mid-80's and those are the two best colors in my opinion.

What you going to do with the 62 conv? Is it a 409 car I can assume from the tach it is?

At least that '62 didn't wind up like this poor sister.

OH no look at that car what a shame. Does that say 409 on the front fender. What happen to all the roofs of the cars in background?

'62 is going to be sold. Owner had about $65k in the restoration. Real car with real options (except color change of interior - was beige). I know that this isn't the "for sale" part of the forum - I am just responding to jasonL78 question.

I have no clue how those roofs got caved in, but yes, those are 409 emblems on the fender.

Wow my dad is a 62 guy we have had plenty of them over the years. But I don't think I have ever seen an original 62 409 car in original condition like this one and its a conv. Amazing... Looks like some parked it there and let it rot........
