1969 Muncie M-22(Rockcrusher) 4-speed transmission. I have had this transmission as a spare for several years. It was disassembled, inspected, new synchros, and gears replaced if needed.Mounting ears are original with no repairs. Transmission was gone through by a highly respected Muncie rebuilder in the Chicago area.Rebuilder road tests each transmission before returning. I can put in contact if needed. Has a 1969 Corvette VIN number.

Great price for a real 1969 M22!
This trans is out of a L88??? Don't think any other vette came with one!! Could be wrong!!!

They were in 435hp and l89 as well .
Production figures show 15 automatics and 101 M-22 transmissions installed in L-88 for a total of 116
Do you have any figures on the other 435 cars???
I think they only were L-88??? Maybe wrong!!
I would like to see were this info is if possible??
Do you have??

If I'm not mistaken Ken Pascoe had a 69 chevelle ss 396-350 hp car that had a m22 in it. He had the window sticker for it to prove it. I looked at the car in Carlisle.

350 horse? I thought M22 was reserved for solid-lifter cars in '69 Chevies....but I stand to be corrected on that...

It was definitely a 350 horse car. Everybody that looked at it said it was a big deal that it had a 22 in it.
Im talking corvette only!!
The vin looks to be for a corvette! Chevy did put the M-22 into a varity of other performance cars in the 1969 year!!

I did run google on both transmissions with convertible and hardtop body styles, came back nothing. I figured that as I have had these transmissions since mid'80s. Was worth a try though..
