Since we're out here for the Thanksgiving holiday-Lynn, Holly, Norma and I went to visit with Dave Lindsley and his beautiful wife Bird...and to see some of his car collection and his man cave. We also had a really great lunch with them (thanks again for the treat Dave and Bird) and we talked for quite a few hours about &quot;everything&quot; <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif

We'll be going to Cars and Coffee this Saturday and Dave, Mark Sheppard and Nova Joe will be there. I am trying to see if Dana Hurt can come out...and any other local guys are welcome to meet up, too. You all know what Holly looks like...so come out and visit!

The '66 L78 has always been my favorite. Nos parts throughout. The doors have that great sound when you open and shut them. Like it more than the 16k mi Z we were both after for 2 years, until Dave ended up with it somehow. That was almost 20 years ago...unbelievable!

Dave has been kind enough to invite my Daughter and myself over to his man cave several times. Dave is just a great no B/S guy that made all his money by working his back end off. He has allot of neat stuff on display but what gets me is the quality of his cars in his collection. All the cars are very desirable and in perfect condition.

I just wanted to thank you again for all of your help in finding and purchasing my 69 300 Deluxe Post SS 396 from Berger. I think it 's been about 8 years since you started helping me find one of these very cool one off cars. You spent so much time finding me different post cars and answering all of my questions and sharing all of your experience. You even talked me out of buying one post car that I really wanted saying it wasn't the right one for me and you were right. I really like this Post Car especially that it has Canadian docs (now in my name) and that it sold new from Berger Chevrolet. The best part is that you and I have become good friends and actually got to meet each other.

But more importantly.....is the Great Friendship, Relationship and TRUST that we have established within the last decade.
