Took this truck in trade on one of my cars.
1978 Lil Red Express This is the one to have. Only 2118 built this year and this is the year they kind of snuck them thru with no catalytic converters and they had a cam from a 69 340 installed in the 360 police engine.727 Torqeflite trans and a 355 Dana rear. Fastest production vehicle built in the US that year. Bright canyon red/Black bucket seat interior.Tuff wheel and am-fm stereo. All part of the pkg that year. This is a survivor truck wearing about 70% original paint and not touched anywhere else including original hoses, belts and exhaust system. Has only 61,000 documented miles on it.Owner had it for 23 years and always garaged and covered.Never had any rust at all. Have original paperwork for it too. 15,500. Pictures are listed on Philadelphia craigslist if anyone is interested. 267-246-6903

Maybe someone can put up the link to the craigslist ad. I'm computer illiterate when it comes to that.

I appreciate the response but you did get a great car with that purchase. Trades will be considered if anyone is interested.

Actually I drove it to work today. Runs like a new car and fun to drive. New clutch going in the 69Z28. Sometime it's a bit tooo much fun.

Surprising for sure. I'm really surprised I still have this. Supposedly this is the year to get and they have a cult following. I need to put it on a mopar site I guess.
