This dealer became Garner Motors at the same address by at least 65/66

Did you get that info from the NCRS dealer look up? I just saw another reference to Garner Motors as the same address for 68. Code 49-157. Your car must have been sold from Garner and not Fisk?

Yes I did....dealer code on NCRS paper is dealer code 147 in zone 49
