VIN# Key Code Database?

Would anyone know if there is a database for 60s/70s era cars that would reference the key codes to a vehicle's VIN#?

Any help would be appreciated.

I just received my GM of Canada Vintage Vehicle Services documentation today and the first page offers the key code data.
