scored a tow bar and hubs

hello everyone. An older drag racer friend om mine let go of his tow bar, hubs and original camaro tow tabs from his 69Z he use to race. i have part of it. he said once it warms up he will dig out the rest and let me know so that i can pick them up. i took the original clevis pins and put them on my nova. what a nice touch. The hubs are the 1st design. Nice stuff!

Thanks Paul. I have no idea of design/year. Hoping to get the rest soon. He has a ton of day 2 stuff. I'm eyeballing a old hilborn injection set-up. Jim

Nice.

I never used the towing hubs, although they look like a good idea and a nice product. I always pulled and plugged (and then reinstalled) the drive shaft, and then switched tires at the track. Hubs might make more sense if you are messing with tires anyways.

In either case that was what motivated me to get the trailer finished!

So, I have never heard of hubs? So I take it that you take off tires, put on hubs and tires, car can stay in gear and just the hubs rotate??
