Eric - you might contact the editor with yours and George's and Kammer's contact info for inclusion in next month's magazine. I think they would see the merit in that. Seen "corrections/ommisions" done like that before. Good luck!

I sent an email to the author as soon as the oversight was apparent, still waiting to hear back from him. Hopefully he'll get it taken care of.
