Real, TT is stamped Z28. He's had it for 40+ years, the original engine is stashed away. Originally sold new at Keyser Chevrolet in Lansdale, PA.

Love that car, esp with the wide Cragars and showtubes. Looks like a lot that ran around when I was a kid. And glad he kept the full bumper!
