I think the driving lights are on the wrong end of the car ? Funny, that's my first question looking at it.......Bet there is a good story behind this one.

The story probably involves Meth or Bath Salts...

A poor man's Dodge Diamante Concept cars?
Could be the same creator as this crazy Challenger below...or one of his followers?

look at it again..its a Viper that someone skinned

look at the t-bar roof thingy

the bubble roof panel? the fact that the car is really wide? 2 seater...mile wide rims..Viper mirrors...air ducting under the rear bumper?

"I don't think so, Tim."

im pretty sure...the yellow cuda is/was a Viper..but im no expert..its an early one..the roof and the targa bar is the clues with the bubbled up t-tops..and that vertical small rear glass...all first gen Viper..ive worked on a few first gen cars and it has all the little clues to me its a viper

the car is so wide...they had to add extra headlamps to a 72 grille and look at the space between them....that car is probably 2 foot wider than a cuda...the rear fender bulges are 2 foot wider than the tail panel and doors and look at all the crap they scabbed on it to make up the width diff...Vipers are very wide

It's just a Cuda that somebody sawed the roof off of (or maybe they started with a convertible) and added some junk plastic panels onto. Look at the width it takes up in the lane, between the white lines. Car is not that wide.

And what, someone's gonna custom stretch a Cuda tail-light panel and a rear bumper? Naw.

It's a Cuda. I first saw it up close about 13 or 14 years ago when he would drive it to the shop I worked at. He has been driving it continually, started modding it in the 70s or 80s. I can't remember the details, but as I recall it was a sought after model. Not Hemi or AAR sought after, but 340 or 440 IIRC. Nice guy, he has no doubts that is what he should do with his car.

I'd say '70 Convertible, just going off the tail panel. Too bad.

I knew someone local would have the answer. If it had a 340 or 440 it was well-muffled.
