Bought in Dec 1977 after I got out of high school. 1 repaint in April 1981. All original rustfree panels. Still has the original vinyl top and interior. First 2 pics 1981. 3rd and 4th pics late 90s, 9.78 ET. Last 2 pics today.

Five Forty, that is an incredible improvement
over the years. I love the car, I do have a couple
of questions. 1)What have you done to shave a full
2 seconds off your time? 2) How did you happen to have
what appears to be a Division 6 Competition number?
Thanks for sharing your car.

I'm pretty sure his name is a big clue in ET improvements. Awesome car and I love Gold/Gold '67's.

A/C ducts in dash would seem to indicate it was not a 396 car when new.

----I seem to remember a 67 loaded up, very low mileage, 67 396 Camaro coming thru Classic Motors some time in 1979. Am I wrong?......Bill S

I was waiting for somebody to pic up on that. In 1977 these cars were all rotted beat to death junks around here in NH. Been like that for 34 years. In the far right stall the one with no nose on it. Check out the original breather on pass side valve cover. Looked long and hard for a nice one. Actually that red SS hood was off a real 68 Yenko Camaro.
