Looking for a pair of these Keystone spinners to make a set of four. Any condition is ok.

Can anyone tell me what vintage they are?

I don't know anything about the Keystone spinner caps but you appear to have Cragar G/T wheels and I have original Cragar G/T spinner caps for sale, if you are interested...
