I think he is referring to VIN #N677396 which has been advertised as the 194th 69 Yenko Camaro built. The order number is NOR107778.

Lots of info online including what appears to be this car being offered @ auction twice in 2015.
Also, it looks like Legendary owned it 10 years ago...whether they still do own it is certainly possible but questionable?
More substantial info is needed to confirm what appears @ these links below;
A promo of the car below prepared for the what appears to be the Russo/Steele Jan/2015 Scottsdale auction...car later pulled from auction listing?

Auction sold info w/ the Worldwide Auction result noted as 209,000...this specifically needs confirmation as it's not the auction house website?

Nice gesture trying to reunite the paperwork w/ the car Peter!
Did you ever score the Motion Camaro you were trying for when advertising the subject car here back in '03?

Awesome Peter about trying to reunite paperwork with the car! Very cool.
One thing I noticed, I see that the recent ads show this car as a 4speed, but the Yenko registry on this site lists this car as an Auto. Is there a mistake in the registry, or has this car been converted?

I think you guys are talking about two different cars. I'm pretty sure N677396 is originally a 4 speed car that was previously owned by G. Holub and C. Stuber. This car was for sale on the Nickey website as well a number of years ago. The car that Legendary had maybe 10 years ago was N664141 and was an automatic car. Both cars are Daytona Yellow with black vinyl tops and Atlas wheels. They are also both X44 cars that have had the STG trim added to them.

If N677396 originally a 4-Spd, is it just the Registry info here noting 'Turbo' that needs updating?
There's not more than one car w/ this same Vin is there?

I know that the old SYC list had it as M40. My notes say that it was physically seen as a 4 speed car - that's where the confusion came from. I do not have a Yenko inventory sheet on that one. Can anybody provide factory or dealer paperwork?

I'll check the inventory sheet tonight when I get home, I could have misread it when I put the original VIN info together....

I believe I know the owner who consigned this car to Worldwide, and I'm trying to contact him with a link to this thread.

We did have that car on consignment a while back. It is a Daytona Yellow, 4 speed Yenko and the info in the registry was not correct. Supporting info and documents were sent to the Registrar in order to correct the listing.

Yes Stefano - you sent me a 1995 COPO Connection certificate that indicated 4 speed. based on that input, I corrected the registry & noted the source of the correction. I was just looking for additional factory/dealer paperwork. maybe Marlin will be able to help us out.

Peter,
I just got an email back from the fellows who consigned this car to Worldwide. Before the sale they got new copies of all the COPO connection documents, and all these docs went with the car when sold. So it sounds like the new owner might already have this stuff already. I think what you are doing is great, so if you have even more goodies you might want to contact the guys at Worldwide, they could probably connect you with the new owner.
