I say a lot of factors come into play here.... the quality of the restoration, the correct parts vs. repop parts, etc. A Chevelle such as this warrants a top end high quality restoration. That is what I would do to it. There are quite a few Chevelle L89 owners on here.....hoping they chime in.
$75K

BTW, it's Monaco Orange.

The entire hobby is based on emotions!!!

If I am incorrect great I'll take it away build sheet, M22, KK, and all for no money:-)

I have an original 1969 L89 motor with “T0407KG” on the pad and 19K443xxx stamped down by the oil filter. I'd like to reunite the motor with the original car if possible.

Otherwise, this block is going under the hood of my own 69 Chevelle SS L89, as the closest replacement block that I could find... especially since it pre-dates my car by approximately four weeks.

Good point Helmut!!

I have a few L89 engine VIN's that I would like to check against this car as well.

Scott,

Perhaps the pressure is now slightly off in getting us pictures of two GREAT '69 Chevelles.....now that you have sold one - CONGRATS

GETTING US PICTURES OF JUST ONE '69 Chevelle IS EASY <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/naughty.gif
