After owning this car for over 15 years it's time for me to move in another direction. This car is only one of 1864 produced. Has a build date of O1C, Optioned SS/ RS, with L-34 396 (402) born with engine (rebuilt), All accessories are date coded correct, factory AC all refurbished to operate on R-12 (ice cold), Muncie 4 spd not original to car, but also rebuilt, reverse lockout, correct Hurst shifter, tilt wheel, 12 bolt 3:31, original date coded gears, with all new bearings & axles. Choice of wheels, as I have Rally style 15" with trim rings & OEM metal caps, or Rocket Racing wheels 15" with same tires, BFG 215/65 front, 245/60 rear.
New leaf & coil springs, shocks, brakes & rotors. Gardner concourse correct exhaust system.
Interior still retains original upholstery (excellent condition) carpet is new.
Dash pad done by just dashes. All accessories work even the key buzzer, cigarette lighter, all lighting etc. Rear glass has been replaced, side glass have a few scratches.
Body & paint were done when I purchased car, finished in the original code 58 Autumn Gold. All sheet metal & moldings that were replaced during restoration were NOS. Have receipts for everything. All chrome was done in show chrome by Frankford Plating. Car has always been garaged, and driven between 600- 1000 miles per year.
This car has won numerous awards, including scoring 971 pts. judged (gold) in Bowtie class at the Nationals, was also shown last year at the Chicago Muscle Car show.
Car runs and drives perfect, no squeaks, rattles, and will get 17 MPG if you keep your foot out of it.
I know there are many things that I'm forgetting, but I can answer all question either thru email or phone. (rather phone)
asking $45000 OBO
