Surprisingly little mentioned about servicing the caliper sliding systems also unevenly/over-tightened lugs...both great contributors to brake pulsation problems?

Good reading! I agree, one thing I started doing when I worked in a shop was after cutting rotors and drums was to take to the sink and wash off the freshly surface. has anyone ever run your finger accross a freshly turned rotor? your finger will be silver from tiny bits of metal machined - that gets ground into new pads and shoes. new rotors usually have some cosmoline or other rust inhibitor on them and they should be cleaned off also. dont we all take care to break in a new engine till parts start to wear in? sorry some of you may already do all this but if not...
