I got this of a guy that worked at a GM Dealer in Calgary AB for over 40 years. When they would throw out old literature and manuals he would take it all home.
He saved it all for quite a few years until he started selling it all at swap meets. He has pretty well sold everything but still had this binder.
The GM Dealer was called Jack Carter Chevrolet Oldsmobile and is still around today. I traded the binder for a speaker for his 67 Nova.
On the inside cover there is a thick paper glued onto it with June 1969 hand written on it and some other writing that I cannot make out. He said he has had this since the early 1970`s.
I just thought it was just something I could put all my Copo information in. But that car was sold many years ago.
I will add pictures after I figure out how to make them smaller.

Does your book explain the COPO codes for police and taxi equipment?
